Community Development

I believe that neighborhood transformation is more than simply building new homes on vacant lots or rehabbing vacant properties. It’s working with and in the community. Investing in schools and community groups to get kids off of the streets, working with gang bangers on betterment, investing in people alongside properties so both the values of people and properties come up together. Being an asset to society is to be a resource and catalyst to spur investment in a disinvested/under invested area.
