The Main House is a modest three bedrooms, three and a half bathroom newer construction home boasting nearly 2,800 sq. of finished living area including the finished basement which features a rec room and 3/4th bathroom. On the main floor you enter into the foyer area, followed by the hallway which leads you to the spacious living room and dining room. Off of the dining room there is a large deck for outdoor entertaining overlooking the side yard.
The side yard is situated between The Main House and the Executive office and allows easy passage between the two. It features a large yard for family functions and overflow secured parking on the large concrete pad.
The Executive Office is a brick home built in 1927 that features an open concept floorplan. It is bright and airy. A creative place for Travis to work and play.
The corner is 6 individual parcels of land that Travis has been working on assembling. It may be the most stressful part of the equation. Travis’s goal in the future is to build a storefront on the land facing Sarah St. The goal is sustainability and self reliance. To live and work on the land you own is a True American Goal.
Located across the street from The Main House and Executive Office is the Guest House. It will be used to host friends and family who travel to St. Louis from out of town. They will be able to have their own personal space and not have to be burdened with hotel expenses.
The North Lawn is a four parcel plot of land located adjacent to the Main House in between The Guest House and Family Compound.
The family compound is a four family flat that is located on the north western edge of the estate. It features four 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom units.
